Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the British Computer Society (Hong Kong Section) Ltd for Year 2016-2017 will be held as follows:

Venue: Inno Space, 1/F, HKPC Building, 78 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Kowloon.

Agenda:

1. To confirm the Minutes of the 2015-2016 AGM held on 29th December 2016.
2. To receive the Chairman’s Annual Report for 2016-2017.
3. To receive and approve the audited Statement of Accounts for the year ending 31 August 2017.
4. To elect Committee Members for Session 2017-2018.
5. To appoint the Auditor for Session 2017-2018.
