Agenda:

1. To confirm the Minutes of the 2016-2017 AGM held on 29 December 2017.
2. To receive the Chairman’s Annual Report for 2017-2018.
3. To receive and approve the audited Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2018.
4. To elect Committee Members for Session 2018-2019.
5. To appoint the Auditor for Session 2018-2019.
