HKCT Institute of Higher Education will host the RGC-supported 
2026 IIDS Conference on Application and Challenges of 
Blockchain Technology in Cross-Border Data Security: Practices and 
Prospects (IIDS ACBC), bringing together international scholars and 
Web3 industry experts to discuss trusted, privacy-preserving and 
regulatorily compliant cross-border data exchange. The programme 
features two pre-conference webinars, six keynote speeches, two 
panel discussions and four poster presentation sessions.
