2) Bank in or transfer Participating Fee HK$100 via FPS (FPS ID: 166603597)

3) Email the supporting to us at bcsenq@bcs.org.hk, no later than 10 May 2024 (Friday) 6:00 pm.

4) If your seat is confirmed (or rejected), we will send email notification to you no later than 12 May 2024 by email. Should you have registered, paid, and email us, but you do not receive our email notification by 12 May 2024 6:00pm, please contact us at bcsenq@bcs.org.hk

Note:

- BCS (Hong Kong Section) reserves the right to change the visiting points without further notices.

- Registrants need to bank in the participating fee to our bank account before the deadline to reserve a seat. The fee paid is non-refundable after registration, and we do not accept cancellation requests after registration and payment made. However, if BCS needs to cancel the event, full refund will be made.

- Insurance: Participants need to purchase their own travel insurance.

- A 3-hour CPD certificate will be distributed after the technical visit.

- Participants need to have valid travel documentation before registration.
