Details:

- The official notice and meeting details were sent to members' Hong Kong Addresses on 21 January 2022 by post.

- Due to the government’s New Requirements to Reduce Gatherings, Cap. 599F Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation, physical AGMs are not permitted from 24 February to 9 March. However, virtual meetings held online in accordance with the respective company’s Articles of Association among general management of the company, company secretary, shareholders and auditors are allowed.
